JUNIOR N.B.A. BASKETBALL
It's that time again!  We had a blast during last basketball season and this year is sure to be even more fun!  This program gives kids the opportunity to have fun while developing and strengthening their basketball skills during practices and games throughout the season.  Practices begin December 1.
DIVISION I- 10 & under
DIVISION II- 12 & under
DIVISION III- 15 & under
PLACE: Taft High School Gym or Lincoln Jr. High Gym
REGISTRATION: EXTENDED THROUGH NOVEMBER 26

INSTRUCTIONAL BASKETBALL DIVISIONS
If your child wants to learn the basic fundamentals of basketball, then these programs are perfect for you.  Instructional I is a 5-week program that covers the basic fundamentals of basketball.  Participants will have one (1) practice during the week and play games on Saturdays in between the Division I, II or II games.  Instructional II is a 6-week program that will have practices during the week and play games on Saturdays in the Taft High Girls Gym.  Both programs will focus on skills, drills, teamwork, and encourages parents to be a positive element through participation.

Instructional I- Ages 3-5 years
Instructional II- Ages 8 and under

WHEN: Practices begin the week of January 5, 2009
Games begin Saturday, January 17, 2009

PLACE: Taft Union High School Boys & Girls Gyms

COED SOCCER 7-ON-7
This program is open to ages 16 & older that want to show off their soccer skills in a competitive environment.
WHEN: BEGINNING JANUARY 13, 2009-TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS
PLACE: FRANKLIN FIELD AND/OR 'A' STREET PARK
REGISTRATION: NOV 10-JAN 5

HOLIDAY SPORTS CLINICS
BASKETBALL & VOLLEYBALL CLINIC
We will be holding a clinic for boys and girls that want to improve their skills in Basketball and/or Volleyball.  This 2-day clinic will include instruction on these two respective games and will include scrimmages and fun competition in drills.

INDOOR SPORTS CLINIC
If your child is looking to have a blast learning ping pong, pool, darts, Wii bowling and a host of other indoor games/sports, please include them in our indoor sports clinic.  Players will learn the basic skills of each game offered and have the ability to compete in tournaments and one-on-one competition.

TIME: 10:00AM-12:30PM
