Tired of the same old birthday parties? 
Want someone else to do the planning for you?
 

We are here to help!  Let us give you as little or as much
help as you'd like with your party!  For one low fee, we will set
you up with all of the basics, and for a little extra, we can
provide you with a more specialized party.

BASIC PARTY PACKAGE- $130 + DEPOSIT
SPECIALIZED PARTY PACKAGE- $140-200

Includes: invitations, room rental (2-hour party),
decorations-balloons, tablecloths, and partyware
(plates, napkins, cups, silverware)

From Barbie to Spongebob, Batman to Spiderman, firetrucks to luau, dinosaurs to fish--and
everywhere in between--we can plan your party around your favorite character, color or theme.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Fees include a $25 non-refundable deposit.  The deposit must be paid at the time the reservation is made.  Fees are to be paid in the District Office at 500 Cascade Place in Taft.

2.
Cake/refreshments and/or party favors are NOT included in the party packages.

3. Party Packages include specialized invitations, plates, napkins and cups for 40 people. 
Additional specialized items are
available for $8 per every 8 extra people.
  We will provide a limited number of white plates, cups and napkins as well.


4. In addition to the price of the party, the Basic Party rentals require a (refundable) $100 cleaning/damage deposit.  There is also an additional $20 charge for use of the kitchen.

5.  Specialized Party activities can take place over the course
of 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

6.  Invitations will be and /or filled out and returned to the appropriate person for distribution.  We are not responsible for the mailing of invitations.

7. Party packages allow for 2-hour parties, plus 30 minutes
to set-up and clean-up.  Please plan your time accordingly. 
Extra time may be made available for $15 per hour.

8. Parties will take place in the Activity Building (preschool room) or the Assembly (mirror) Room.  If requested, the Auditorium
may be used for an additional $25.

9.
Party reservations must be made a minimum of 2
weeks in advance
.  Reservations made less than 2 weeks in
advance are subject to a $10 fee to cover express shipping costs
.
